4. VIRTUAL MEETINGS & ZOOM

BSS may conduct consultations and client meetings using Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.

Under Florida law, recording of audio communications requires the consent of all parties. If a virtual meeting is recorded, all participants will be informed in advance, and recording will occur only with the consent of the participants.

If you do not consent to recording, you may decline to participate in a recorded session and request an alternative arrangement.
