If you are a retained client, you may be provided access to a secure client portal for document exchange, case updates, and communications. While BSS selects reputable service providers that employ industry-standard security measures, these platforms are operated by third parties, and BSS does not control their systems.
Use of the client portal or participation in virtual communications does not independently create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is formed only through a signed written engagement agreement.
4. No Attorney-Client Relationship
An attorney-client relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both you and BSS.
Do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information through the public portions of this Site unless you are an existing client or have been expressly directed to use our secure client portal.
